About Owner Jerry Blake
Jerry Blake runs the day-to-day at Kool Runnings Facility Care. He is a facilities professional with a background across security, commercial cleaning, property maintenance, and customer service, and he brings all of it to every property we take on.
Born and raised in Jamaica, Jerry Blake owned and operated a security company before moving to the States. That is where he learned to run a team, manage clients, and hold a standard, the same habits that shape how his crews work today.
After moving to Florida seven years ago, Jerry Blake spent the past four years in cleaning and facility care at the hospital on Eglin Air Force Base, where cleanliness, safety, and reliability are not optional. He built Kool Runnings to bring that same level of care to businesses and rental owners across the Emerald Coast.
