Are your security officers licensed?

Yes. KR Facility Services LLC uses Florida-licensed officers. Unarmed officers hold a Class D license, and armed officers hold both Class D and Class G. We keep licensing and insurance documentation ready for your records.

What is the difference between armed and unarmed officers?

Unarmed officers handle presence, access control, and monitoring, and fit most commercial sites. Armed officers carry a firearm under a Florida Class G license and are used for higher-risk locations, cash handling, or when a client or insurer requires it. We recommend the right level during the site walk.

How is this different from mobile patrol?

On-site officers are posted at your property for the full shift, staying to control access and watch the site. Mobile patrol covers several locations with scheduled drive-by checks instead of a standing post. We offer both and can combine them.

How quickly can you staff a post?
